How We Collect & Use Client Information:
We collect our users’ personal and financial information using three different forms as described below:

a) Registration Form – this form requires our site users to enter their contact information such as their name and e-mail address. This information is used to contact the client when there is a problem with processing their order such as credit card verification, product availability etc., and to send them future mailings, if they have opted to receive them.

b) Healing Request Form – this form requires our clients to enter their personal information (such as their date of birth and their mother’s name), health information (such as the ailments/diseases/disorders they have) and details of other life problems that they need help with. This information is used to spiritually analyse the problem and work out an appropriate spiritual solution for the client.

c) Order Form – this form is provided for clients to request information, products and services. It requires our clients to enter their personal information (such as their e-mail address) and financial information (such as their account or credit card numbers). The personal information collected is used to contact the client in case of a problem with processing their request/order, for shipping the order and to inform the client about any changes in our Terms & Conditions , corporate changes and variations in our privacy practices. The financial information collected is used to bill the client for their purchases whether they be physical products, downloads or services.

Each registered user is assigned a client ID number to verify their identity and to act as an account number in our client database.

Security:
This website takes all necessary precautions to protect its users' personal information. Any sensitive information submitted by our users is protected both online and off-line. All sensitive information (such as credit card details) entered on our Order Form is encrypted and protected. When you are on a secure page, such as our order form, the security is indicated by a closed lock icon at the bottom of the browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer.
