Returns
You must inspect the Products upon delivery or soon after delivery and notify us immediately if you find any defects, using our Contact section. We will replace or refund you for defective Products. We will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result.
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom-made jewellery - the jewellery items that you ordered as per your specifications.
Publications - any printed books or other printed material
Downloadable products such as e-books, solution to your problem files
Any massage oils, pastes, herbal or other supplements
Any items that you damaged by misuse or mishandling by accident or otherwise
Any returns that you make just because you changed your mind without any fault in the product will incur a 15% re-stocking charge, and you will have to pay the return shipping costs as well.
No returns will be accepted unless you notify us first and obtain our approval in this regard.
All returns must be made to our postal address as given in the Contact section
Refunds
We shall only refund the price you paid for the goods less re-stocking charge where applicable
No refunds whatsoever shall be due for shipping charges |
